Vintage vibes

Published in vigour Magazine

A session that wasn't planned at all. It happened spontaneously, on the same day as another session I had planned for that day. I had a session planned for the morning, which was for a photography portfolio. On my way to the first appointment, Ivan Shishiev called me and asked if I could join him for an afternoon session on the same day, because his model had fallen ill and would not be able to attend. The venue had already been paid for. The location was a vintage-style kitchen with a modern touch and a separate room ideal for boudoir photos. The good thing was that I had prepared a whole bag of lingerie for the previous appointment :) Sometimes, as you can see in some of the photos, you can do without lingerie as long as you have an idea, a location, and quick reactions on both sides of the camera!

Fun fact:

Very often in photo shoots, you have to act quickly and boldly, even at the risk of not getting it right. Some shots were taken really quickly for the simple reason that the kitchen was shared by three apartments! So we hurried before someone decided to go home or go out...

Thanks to Ivan Shishiev for these shots. It was exciting.
