THERAPY THROUGH THE LENS

A session lasting 2 astronomical hours, during which you’ll learn to move your body naturally by changing your posture and facial expressions. We’ll be guided by the body’s natural movement without creating tension. We’ll work on angle, light, and movement.

You’ll learn how to experiment without fear of looking “silly,” because sometimes the craziest photos turn out to be exactly the ones you like best.

Does this sound like something you’d like to try?

Over the years I’ve worked as a model, I’ve faced a great deal of criticism, unpleasant feelings, and genuine dissatisfaction with my own appearance. My body was subjected to all kinds of torture, diets, and abuse.

Over time, I developed body dysmorphia—a condition that isn’t measured by physical changes to the body, but rather on a psychological level. I stopped liking the photos I took, and they no longer brought me satisfaction. Instead, I felt inadequate; I scrutinized every detail—my stomach, love handles, double chin—and everything seemed out of proportion and out of place. For years, I lived with the idea of the “perfect” body, until one day I had a mental breakdown and decided to take a picture of myself looking my worst No makeup, No glamour with red puffy eyes from crying. Didn’t look the images right away. When I opened the photos a day later. something strange happened. When I saw myself in the frame, the first thing I noticed was the emotion.

My body, my belly, my love handles… everything else faded into the background. I saw a woman—real, but shattered by her own fears. I started taking self-portraits more and more often. I realized that this was therapeutic for me. I began to focus not on my flaws, but on my good features. That’s exactly what gave rise to the method THERAPY THROUGH THE LENS

What inspired me to develop this method?

THERAPY THROUGH THE LENS

I know what it's like to scrutinize your flaws in a photo!

Standing in front of the camera and asking yourself:

Oh man, how am I supposed to hide my belly now?

Where should I put my hands so they don’t look so big?

And now this double chin is going to be the first thing people see in the photo!

Is my butt too big? How should I turn around now?

I'm familiar with that, and I've done it myself.
But while you’re busy thinking about your flaws, you’re forgetting the most important thing—yourself! That photo is you! Your energy, your emotions, and everything human that comes with them.

If you’re ready to try to change that, I’m here for you!
